Baggage allowance & rules

You may bring 1 item of hand luggage up to about 5 kg to keep with you in the cabin. It should fit under your seat or in the overhead space and stay within easy reach.

Please keep documents, medication and valuables in your hand luggage at all times.

Every ticket includes 1 suitcase up to about 30 kg carried in the luggage compartment beneath the bus.

• Make sure the bag is properly closed and can withstand normal handling.
• Attach a label with your name and contact details.
• Remove valuables and essentials before handing it over — keep them in the cabin with you.

Additional or oversized baggage is paid separately and depends on available space on the day.

• Tell us when you book so we can reserve room for it.
• Extra bags beyond your included allowance are charged per item.
• Oversized or unusually heavy items may be refused if space or safety does not allow it.

For everyone's safety, some items may never be carried on board.

• Weapons, ammunition and explosives.
• Flammable, pressurised or otherwise hazardous substances.
• Toxic, corrosive or radioactive materials.
• Illegal goods of any kind.

Our staff may refuse any item they consider unsafe.

Bicycles, sports equipment, musical instruments and similar bulky items can often travel with us, but they need to be arranged in advance.

• Contact us before your trip so we can confirm space and packing requirements.
• Please pack fragile items securely — a case or cover is recommended.
• A separate fee may apply depending on size and weight.

If you leave something on board, report it as soon as possible using the details on our Contact page, with your travel date and route so we can help locate it.

We do our best to reunite you with lost belongings, but we cannot accept liability for money, documents or valuables left unattended in the vehicle.
