Rules of carriage
The terms that keep every journey safe, fair and predictable.
Boarding & tickets
Please arrive at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled time so we can board on time. Each passenger needs a valid e-ticket and a matching photo ID.
- One ticket is valid for one named passenger and cannot be transferred
- Show your e-ticket to the driver at boarding, on your phone or printed
- Boarding may close a few minutes before departure
Passenger conduct
For everyone's comfort and safety, please follow the instructions of the driver and crew at all times. Smoking, alcohol and any behaviour that disturbs other passengers are not permitted on board.
- Keep aisles and emergency exits clear
- Wear your seatbelt where one is provided
- Treat fellow passengers and staff with respect
Children & minors
Children under 14 must travel with an accompanying adult who is responsible for them throughout the trip. Unaccompanied minors are carried only by prior arrangement and only where the applicable law allows it.
- Tell us in advance if a young child is travelling
- The accompanying adult holds a valid ticket for the same trip
- Documents may be required at borders
Passengers with reduced mobility
We want every passenger to travel comfortably. Please tell us in advance if you need assistance so we can prepare for your journey.
- Assistance is provided where reasonably possible
- Mobility aids such as wheelchairs are carried free of charge, subject to available space
- Let us know at the time of booking so we can plan ahead
Animals
Small pets may travel in a closed carrier and must have valid veterinary documents. Large animals cannot be carried for safety reasons.
- Keep small pets in a secure, closed carrier for the whole trip
- Assistance dogs travel free of charge when notified in advance
- The owner is responsible for the animal's behaviour and hygiene
Liability
Our liability is limited in accordance with the applicable transport law. Please keep valuables, documents and fragile items with you as hand luggage.
- We are not liable for items left unattended in the cabin
- Report any loss or damage to the crew before you leave the vehicle
- Claims are handled under the applicable legal limits
Force majeure
Events beyond our control — severe weather, road or border conditions, strikes or similar disruptions — may cause delays or cancellations. In such cases we do our best to offer an alternative departure or a refund. We keep passengers informed as the situation develops.
